I provided the address,number and email already pre written up for him to use. He somehow forgot to select the options for me to receive All notices of delivery,sent,etc. I told Won that I don’t think he actually did it correctly. I waited 10-15 minutes to see if I would receive something in my email which I normally would receive within minutes.Nothing. i told Won that I would like to start over the transaction again. He started slamming the handheld scanner gun and mouse and murmuring words. Once everything was completed. I realized he only set the notice of delivery only to one e-mail for “package has been created” no other notices like I asked. This particular package is an important package having to do with medical illness and the least he could’ve done was have some respect and dignity for his job. I have no intentions of shipping at this location with that associate.
